Quiet Waters Park now a construction site.

$31.5 million sewer main from the treatment plant in Mayo to Annapolis
So now walking in the park is like a stroll thru a construction site!  Way to go greedy politicians in Annapolis!!!  Thanks for the screw job!! and F U Mayo hope you choke on your own shit!!!

On the Annapolis side of the river, the drilling will proceed under Quiet Waters Park, go through the edge of the Hillsmere Library property to Forest Drive.
Once at Forest Drive, the pipe will make a right turn, then a left to proceed under the side of Edgewood Road to tie into the Annapolis plant, which has the capacity to spare. It currently handles about 8.5 million gallons a day and has a 13 million gallon capacity. The Mayo plant handles about 575,000 gallons of liquid sewage only. Sewage solids are kept in the septic tanks of the service area's homes.
Here is the key to the situation:
Completion of the project will have a secondary effect on the Mayo Peninsula by lifting a building moratorium in effect since 2008
